Refund & Shipping

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team will process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We use Royal Mail 48hr tracked delivery on all our orders. This will be £3.50 per order uptp a weight of 2 kg.
If you are local to us in Birmingham B36 area you are welcome to collect your order from us.The option should be on the checkout form to click collection and you won't be charged postage
